Redwire, a security company with locations throughout Florida, was looking to revitalize their online strategy. Redwire has a large focus on residential security systems and was planning to start airing commercials locally. Because of this, they needed a user-friendly website that was easily accessible via search engines and social media. In addition to a new, SEO friendly website, Redwire was looking to develop an online hub for their employees.
Redwire understood the importance of developing a strong online presence, however, they were not sure where to begin. Their previous website was built on WordPress plugins that had become outdated and unusable, while their social media strategy had fallen by the wayside.

In addition to product and services pages, the site also features a customer resource page where customers can find instructional videos about their security systems. Customers can now also submit department requests directly from the website. These solutions gave Redwire a website that is not only easy for customers to find, but easy to use as well.
In addition, Birchway developed the Redwire Employee Portal, which is designed to serve as the employees’ online source of internal news and communication. Here users can sign in and view a company dashboard with news, updates, and any other relevant company information.
